In November 2019 Ector County ISD established a Memorial Scholarship Fund (MSF) to honor and memorialize students, employees, and friends of ECISD. Each year, one scholarship will be awarded to a Senior from each of the five high schools:

Odessa High School

Permian High School

George H.W. Bush New Tech Odessa

Odessa Collegiate Academy

Odessa Technical ECHS (OCTECHS)

Donations are accepted throughout the year and are awarded each May. Scholarship awards are based on the amount of donations received each year.
