Moodle training, attestation, and job description must be completed before beginning extra duty payroll. You must be set up in Kronos prior to beginning your first day. Not following every guideline outlined in the Moodle Training may result in a delay or loss of pay from the federal programs department. Hence, any staff member upon the completion of the training who is unsure of the procedures outlined is responsible to contact our office to schedule a face-to-face training on our procedures at (432) 456-8769.
