Provides campus and district professional learning utilizing technology effectively and efficiently. The Instructional Technology help desk (456-6079) offeres remote phone support for staff needing assistance accessing or utlizing software programs.
Provides support services for the district's business and student application systems. In addition, Information Systems is responsible the collection and submission of federal and state reports. For assistance in these areas, call (456-9729).
Provides technical assistance such as; setting up technology equipment, installing software, installing printers, resetting district logins, and resetting locked gradebook. Complete an Eduphoria Help Desk ticket or call the ECISD Help Desk (456-8649) for assistance.
Uploads and creates accounts for online programs. Provides training and support for credit recovery, destiny, istation and textbook logins. For assistance call (456-5290).
