    Notice: Once you have registered using the link below, please allow our team at least 24 to 48 hours to follow up with you regarding transportation. Until they contact you, we respectfully ask that you provide transportation for your student(s). We are working to get students registered as soon as possible. Registering more than once may delay the process. Our team is also currently experiencing a high call volume. If you are not able to reach someone by phone, please e-mail lydia.baeza2@ectorcountyisd.org and you will receive a response within the same or the next business day.

Hasta que se pongan en contacto con usted, le pedimos respetuosamente que proporcione el transporte para su(s) estudiante(s).     SUMMER SCHOOL BUS REGISTRATION 2022-2023  DEADLINE: 05/25/2003

     

    All Students (Returning and New students to Ector County ISD), will need to fill out the bus request form with the exception of the following.

    Pre-K students at Lamar and Carver: parents will need to contact the school to set up busing for your students.

    Special Needs Students: If your student’s IEP indicates special transportation, the Special Needs Department will communicate with Transportation to set up busing.

    McKinney/Vento: If your student qualifies for McKinney/Vento, please call the Community Outreach Center for your student's busing.

     

    To Fill out the Bus Request Form:

    You will need:

    • Your student’s ID number (6 Digit number from student’s school)
    • Student name
    • Parent/guardian email address
    • If they are attending a magnet school.

    (Incorrect information will slow the process.)

    Please submit a different form for each student, even if in the same household. Address information verified by the school will be used for bus routing.

    If your student is under 10 years old and you want them dropped off without a parent present, you will need to fill out a parent release form and get it to transportation.

     

    Busing information will be emailed/mailed the week before school starts.
