Amanda Van Natta
Hi! My name is Amanda Van Natta, and I am starting my 10th year in education. I graduated from Sacramento State University, California with a bachelor's in Child Development, and then a Master of Arts in Teaching from Henderson State University, Arkansas.
Before becoming an Instructional Coach, I was a middle school teacher working with students from 5th-8th grades in the subjects of ELAR, History & Science in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I taught 8th-grade ELAR for the last four years at MISD. I am thrilled to begin this new adventure with ECISD!
I am a mom to four boys, ranging in age from 6-16, and my husband works in the oilfield. We are animal lovers with two Nigerian Pygmy goats, two dogs, two cats, and soon chickens. I love outdoor activities and keep attempting to grow plants and trees out here in West Texas.
